FAQs
Group tour questions
How many people do we need for a group tour?
Group rates usually start from about 10 travellers, but we happily plan trips for 6 to 9 people too. There is no upper limit - large groups simply need a little more notice so we can block rooms, coaches and seats.
How much does a group tour cost per person?
Group tours are quoted on request. The per-person price depends on the group size, travel month, hotel category, meals and how you travel (train, flight or coach). Tell us these and we'll send a day-by-day itinerary with a clear per-person price, usually within 24-48 hours.
Can you plan a trip for our society, mandal, school or college?
Yes. We plan trips for housing societies, senior-citizen groups, religious mandals, schools, colleges and clubs - with group-friendly hotels, a coach or Tempo Traveller, pure veg or Jain meals and a coordinator from our team.
Do Indians need a passport or visa for Nepal?
No visa is needed. Indian citizens can enter Nepal with a valid passport or a Voter ID card; Aadhaar is not accepted for entry. Children can travel with a birth certificate or school ID - we'll confirm what each traveller in your group needs.
Is a tour manager or guide included?
Local guides at the main sights are part of most group itineraries, and a tour manager can travel with larger or international groups (quoted with your trip). Your group also gets a WhatsApp group with our coordinator before and during the trip.
How do payments work for a group?
A group advance blocks the hotels, coaches and flights; the balance is due before departure. We can collect from each traveller separately and issue individual receipts, so the organiser doesn't have to collect money from everyone.
