It depends on where you go. October to March suits Goa, Kerala, Rajasthan and the Andamans. April to June is ideal for Kashmir, Himachal and Sikkim, while June to September is the season for Ladakh. Kashmir and Himachal in December–February are perfect if you want snow. We'll suggest the right month for your dates.
For trips under 10–12 hours (Goa, Rajasthan, Gujarat) an overnight train is comfortable and economical, especially for families and groups. For Kashmir, Kerala, Ladakh, Sikkim and the Andamans, flying saves one or two full days. We book both and can mix them - fly one way, train back.
Indian citizens don't need permits for most of India. Ladakh needs an Inner Line Permit for areas like Nubra, Pangong and Tso Moriri, and North Sikkim (Lachung, Gurudongmar) and Nathula need permits too - we arrange these as part of your package. Carry a government photo ID (Aadhaar, passport or driving licence) for flights and hotels.
Most domestic packages include breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Pure vegetarian and Jain meals can be arranged at almost every property - just tell us when you enquire.
Yes. We plan private group tours for families, societies, college batches and offices - with coaches or Tempo Travellers, group-friendly hotels and a single per-person price.
